The length of time that it takes to heat up depends on the model, but most of our saunas hit 75°C in under 30 minutes even in winter. The point is: they’re fast enough that you’ll actually use them on a Tuesday, not just a Sunday.

Yes, and yes. Even in -20°C (or colder), these saunas regularly reach 167–194°F. Add a splash of water or ice to the rocks for a rich burst of steam. Whether it’s a winter night or a rainy morning, it’s built to perform.

Yes — we offer free curbside delivery. If you're in Hawaii or Alaska, we’ll send a custom freight quote. No hidden fees, no surprises.

It arrives flat-packed on a pallet, ready for self-assembly. If your crate is over 92 inches long, a liftgate won’t be available so you’ll need a plan to unload (most use a forklift). We’ll help you figure it out if you're unsure.

Yes, most of our customers do. It takes about 4 to 6 hours with basic tools and a second set of hands. If that’s not your thing, we’re happy to recommend qualified installers in your area. Either way, we’ve got your back.

Just a flat, level surface. Gravel, concrete, patio pavers, or a solid deck all work great. No complicated setup. No overthinking.

We get it — sometimes plans change. Because each sauna is built to order, all sales are final. That said, you’re covered by a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, and if something’s wrong or damaged, we’ll make it right. You won’t be left in the dark.

It’s rare, but it can happen. If the crate looks damaged on arrival, note it on the delivery form and take a few clear photos. Then get in touch with us. We’ll step in, contact the shipper, and work with you to sort it quickly and fairly.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Within the first 14 days, updates are free. After that, a small fee may apply. Once your sauna is close to shipping, changes aren’t possible — so let us know early and we’ll take care of it.

Your sauna is protected by a 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty that covers materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Heaters are covered separately by their own manufacturers. If anything’s unclear, we’ll walk you through it.

We know things get busy. If you’re unable to accept delivery, the freight company may charge a daily storage fee. We’ll send tracking ahead of time so you can plan for arrival, and we’re happy to coordinate the timing with you if needed.

No plumbing needed — saunas are dry heat units. For electric models, you’ll need a licensed electrician to safely wire the heater. If you’re off-grid or just prefer fire, go for a wood-burning stove and skip the plug altogether.

That depends on the model. Some seat two comfortably, others fit up to six. We list sizing clearly on every product page and if you’re unsure, just ask. We’ll help you find the right fit for your space and routine.

Not much. Just sweep or vacuum the inside regularly, and wipe the benches with warm soapy water a few times a year. For stubborn marks, a bit of fine sandpaper does the trick.

The exterior cedar will naturally weather to a soft grey over time, which won’t affect performance. If you want to keep the original colour, there’s a sauna-safe stain for that too.

Some minor water seepage is normal in outdoor saunas, the wood is porous by nature but once it heats up, the moisture evaporates. Nothing to worry about, and easy to sand if needed.

Basically, treat it well and it’ll keep showing up for years. Like any good habit.
