Keep the base well-drained, wipe benches after use, and let it ventilate to dry. Once a year, use a sauna-specific cleaner or lightly sand any stains. Replace stones every few years. Avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washing.

SaunaLife covers the structure for life and accessories for five years. Harvia heaters include a two-five-year manufacturer’s warranty. If anything isn’t right, we’ll help you get it sorted fast, no call-centre run-around.

The G6 is a fully assembled outdoor sauna, delivered on a flatbed or specialized truck and protected in a wooden crate on a pallet. Because of its size and weight, you’ll need a forklift or crane on-site to offload it safely.

Delivery is by appointment only, and the driver’s role is delivery-only — they won’t be equipped for offloading. Before shipping, our team will contact you to confirm your site setup, discuss access (driveways, gates, gradients, etc.), and flag any special requirements to avoid surprises or added costs.

In short: we coordinate the logistics, you arrange the offload — and together we make sure the delivery goes smoothly from truck to placement.
